Teen Session

Service Description

These sessions give teens a private space to talk, build confidence, and practice skills before life gets overwhelming. The focus is on helping them feel more independent, capable, and ready to handle challenges. Suitable for youth ages 12+. Have support in place before teenage stress or crises take over. School pick-up and drop-off are available to accommodate busy schedules.
