Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled through the Wix booking system or by direct arrangement. By booking a session, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Attend sessions as scheduled or follow cancellation policies
Communicate changes or concerns in a timely manner

KNOL HAUS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary, with reasonable notice whenever possible.

Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Fees for services are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Payment may be collected through:

Wix Payments (online)
Offline payment methods, depending on the service

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined at the time of booking and/or in a separate Fees & Cancellation Policy. Failure to attend a scheduled session without appropriate notice may result in a fee.

Not Emergency or Crisis Services

KNOL HAUS does not provide crisis intervention, emergency services, or 24/7 on-call support.

If you are experiencing an emergency or are at risk of harm, please contact local emergency services or a crisis support line immediately.
